Josh has been away since Thursday. Not getting back until 11pm tomorrow night. I’m tired.
This is the series of events that happened to me less than an hour ago.
Kylah was on the toilet going poo
Liam was already at the top of the stairs
I went to go get him, and discovered that he had poo all the way up his back. yum
poo was everywhere. all over the floor, then of course all over the change pad.
Kylah starts crying and her soother fell in the toilet. with her poo in the toilet.
I burst into tears. Sobbing.
Kylah keeps crying for her soother and then concerned about me “mommy, what’s wrong, are you ok?” “my sousy fell in the toilettttttttt!!!”
I have Liam’s poo all over my hands, I’m still bawling in frustration and exhaustion.
Liam pees in my face.
I burst into laughter.
This is a memory.
So my office had a dress up day on Friday. Fun times. I don’t normally get into things like that but opportunity struck when I happened to be at my cousin Trevor’s house the day before and remembered that he had taken Kendo (“The way of the sword” – Japanese swordsmanship) and he had all the gear still and was more than happy to lend it to me (Thanks Trev!).
So anyway we’re in the lunch room (me in most of the gear still) when one thing led to another and I found myself being challenged to a dare. So of course I accepted, and you’ll see what happened.
